Great incentives and really easy installation on the boilers. We don’t tend to put many boilers in anymore so our accreditation has gone but we hope to be back one day as baxi accredited

Baxi seem to be ahead of other manufacturers with there rewards program, there installer app and aftercare service. They seem to have very knowledgable staff and great trainers. Would not hesitate recommending Baxi to anyone

The only manufacturers group I have been part of is the Baxi installers one, so pretty hard to compare if it’s good or not, but I have no complaints.
The rewards are changed frequently, free training every two years, and the only breakdown I have had, they were really quick at responding.

I install Baxi boilers because I believe they are a trusted brand. With no extra cost on service parts unlike other well known manufacturers and a great reward scheme. Backed up by the best variety of boiler plus solutions and great technical help.

I joined Baxi Works for this very reason. Whilst I'm working at gaining Approved status, I'll continue to be a Baxi brand ambassador. I do this because I actually do like working on their appliances.

Great scheme to be in. Priority line for technical. Every breakdown under warranty I've called in has been sorted the next day. The points and reward scheme is great too.

Love the Brand with good back up from reps and technical. Good Mid range boilers and value for money. They have a great toolbelt app. which is great for rewards, technical numbers and registering products. They also have great training as well. My Favourite Boiler to fit 600

My area rep is top notch,has helped me out a good few times.
Definitely feel more appreciated installing their products.
And finally,they don’t try and steal your servicing work.

Not only do you get a priority number to call for tech support but the benefits/rewards are great too. Just for installing a Baxi boiler and registering through the app/site you get rewarded with points that you can exchange for products, days out, vouchers etc.

Recently become BAI this year. Fantastic scheme and had a few leads already. The access to literature and extra promotional items is also good.

I’ve been a Baxi approved installer now for just over a year, the free training proved was great and I’ve received excellent support from my rep and when needed the warranty call outs have been first class!!!

As a whole the installer scheme at Baxi is brilliant, the products are great the back up is brilliant and the training is second to none. BUT the only negative is the rewards, I don’t think they are value for money compared to others on the market.

Love the app for ease of gas registration and warranties, all free of charge. Build quality is excellent brass, copper and stainless steel no plastic manifolds like some manufacturers, mention no names.

Will always be my second choice boiler after worcester Bosch, I feel confident when I leave the customers house that I have fitted them a good product

I'm new to using the baxi works app to register the boilers but so far so good. Simple to use, paid gas safe registrations and also great rewards.

I moved from ideal to Baxi. Baxi are a great company when things go wrong for their support. I’ve had a same day repair for a new customer and I was only there to service the Boiler I didn’t install it. Gonna be pushing BAXI now all the time

Very good installer programme. Gives a number of benefits including registration of installs, dedicated customer support line and faster response to warranty call outs.

By being a BAI you get bettee reaponse with warranty call outs etc also extra points to spend on the baxi works, also get to have an online forum where customers can find you for installation etc

Being a baxi approved installer is a good scheme, providing very quick technical support and sometimes same day tech visits, with good incentives and great value for money

This is tge best and easy way to finish off the job and get the paper work side sorted. With extra benefits as well it's good that you get something back in the for of loyalty points. Also some useful tools to use on the app which come in handy, even if you don't fit baxi products it's still worth having the app.

Awesome company , great boilers and customer service is second to non , they really do look after there Baxi installers , highly recommended with boilers having 7-10 years manufacturers warranty , what else could you want

Originally Baxi is all i installed. However the rep in my area had all my points sent to his wife. This got reimbursed but The trust and damage had been done. I would never fit a Baxi again

Baxi are our preferred boiler, access to free training on latest models at there modern training facility, no Bull**** over there product and everyone at Baxi seem approachable with a willingness to help in anyway

As a BAI I get same day call outs on my boilers, the Baxi works website is easy and great for collecting points. As BAI I get more works points as well. (Points makes prizes) I get some great days out golfing and meals and drinks with the Baxi reps. On top of all that I genuinely believe that the Baxi boilers are one of the best on the market
