Had one of these for years in my last house and did not let use down once the extended warranty from Ideal is great piece of mind. Plan to fit one in our new house later this year.

Installed one in a care home and like a lot if ideal boilers I fit they are very installer friendly. Easy to access pcb for electrical connections, also two separate zone connections for an s-plan if you want to weather comp the boiler and make it hot water priority with the ideal outdoor sensor. 7 year warranty for the money is great value.

I really like this boiler and the price is good. We dont fit them any more due to the aftercare. When they brought out the new model we had an issue with the wiring. We called up and was told it was not an urgent call and would have a call back within the hour. This was at 3pm. They never called back. We had to keep trying and finally got throug 2 hours later. Not a great first impression for the customer. This was a regular occurrence with ideal.
