I installed a few of their keylite loft access systems and they are among the best. Their install videos on YouTube give full directions on installations and directions in any given environment. Overall a great design and quality materials matched by second to none customer service, with value for money

Moved over to keylite around 18 month ago, never looked back, easy to use, sound products , very competitive pricing. Electric models very straight forward.
Only one issue in 18 months which was , rectified by the manufacturer at there own cost, without delay.

In my personal experience they're not the best quality, not the best value yet if you ever speak to one of their employees the are the most amazing things since sliced bread. To put in perspective out of 8 windows 6 with faults.

I bought and fitted a Keylite loft ladder. Very easy to fit with good clear instructions. The only thing I found annoying is that Keylite do not supply an allen key to raise the safety rail, which you have to do before fitting. Also it doesn't tell you which size allen key you need so you may end up buy a whole set of them to get the correct size. Considering the price of the loft ladder I'm sure including an allen key would help sales.

Fitted a lot of the centre pivot roof windows. Personally I think they are up there with vellum for quality. Priced very competitively. Good range of sizes, colours and styles. Would definitely recommend

Fitted some key light windows for the local council offices and they are very pleased with them. Superb quality, easy to fit, and much cheaper than the Velux window.
