The best on the market for many things such as adjustables, pipe slices, pipe benders and even the blow torch set. I have the red box for my soldering kit, such a great bit of kit and less mess with the tools and power tools from flux etc. Can fit so much in there like 2 pipe slice holes, grips, solder roll, brushes, heat proof mat and a blow torch kit. I even put bits of off cuts of copper in there with fittings!

It's good solid stuff not top of the line but above the average when you buy from this lot it lasts but it's not cheap pay for the quality I guess!

Rothenberger tools are always of a high standard and are built to last. They are certainly not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and won’t regret any purchase.

Such a wide range of products Rothenberger offer and at such a high quality , you can guarantee all the products will last you a couple years would highly recommend

Fantastic tools a I’ve had my grips set since I was an apprentice an after 16 years in the trade they’ve never failed me. Literally the first items in my tool box!

Plumbers know the quality of the pipe slices and blow torches, wouldn’t choose any other brand high quality and I’m still using the first set of pipe slices I got as an apprentice

The plastic pipe slices are brilliant, quick and easy to use, no burs or messing about with an off cut or on the squiff. Well worth the money in my opinion.

A must go to for a plumber. Built well and great to use with no issues. Have many of their tools in the tool bag and on the van. Quality is great and reliable

I’ve always have the rothenberger grips & the blow lamp and I don’t think that will ever change ! Never had a problem with them apart from standard wear & tear after time

I bought the dry diamond core set, this is the best set I’ve had. After having many different brands and priced sets in the past I found these to work far better than any other. Will definitely be buying again when worn out.

Rothenberger seem to be hit and miss imo. I've had the springs in their pipe cutters fail almost immediately and cannot re tension the spring to correct setting whilst others last year's. I bought their plastic waste pipe cutter for 50mm pipe. The stainless steel blade was so dull upon delivery I had to dismantle it and sharpen the blade. It works well on ABS and PVC a but useless on PVC B & c. Customer service were hopeless I ended up contacting the USA division for assistance.

Rothenberger is a great brand, with great value for money. I’d bought the set of 3 pump pliers, around 7 years ago. Although a little worn now, still performing as they should daily. I’ve also had blow lamps, torches and pipe slices. Can’t fault them

When i think of plumbing tools i allways think of Rothenburger. My pipe slices, blow torch, spanners and wrenches all carry this mark. Can't fault the reliability and quality of these well made products

Sometimes A little bit Pricey but always top quality, long lasting plumbing gear and a good, innovative range to choose from. Not been disappointed yet and don’t expect to be in the future

Used many of there tools and allways find them of good quality.
Is there any one here used there press fit pipework tool and fittings ?
Expensive to set up but clean jointing.
How close can they work to a wall clipped pipe ?

I’ve had a number of cheaper blow torches but these are without doubt the best I’ve had for performance and reliability. The build quality is great and I cannot fault it. The gas cannisters are a little pricey though

I have the blow torch but I don't use on daily basis. But the quality is there for sure as I have had cheaper versions which don't last. The refills are expensive tho.
I'd recommend for the professional.

Do a fair amount of 1st fix plumbing work and this kit from pipe slices to blow torches is outstanding, hard-wearing I don't seem to need to replace anything well worth the initial investment

The pipe slices are one of the best on the market. Clean cuts and long lasting they end up paying for themselves so I never have a problem buying a new one

Lasts for ages can’t knock any of the tools. Best pair of grips out there. I can’t moan at the ratchets either I’ve had mine for years and still works like brand new.

What kit, I was lucky to get my hands on a pipe bender at a car boot sale, it was brand new an cost me twenty quid, I do some plumbing work as a handyman and this bender is sturdy and well made, subsequently bought pipe cutters and micro ore bender.

I own a large amount of these tools and I can’t honestly say I have ever had a problem with them my torch is the super fire 2 brought it as a first year apprentice and it’s still going strong

I have use the Rothenberger Maxi Pro AC pipe work crimp tool. Works great, they also gave us training on the tool which gave us a certificate and the skills to use it safety. They are expensive but some jobs they are needed..

I only use the sure fire brazing torch which is brilliant. Tried a few other tools such as spanner’s and pipe cutters and wasn’t very impressed. High price for a mediocre product

For brazing we only use rothenburger their bottles of map gas last their worth making them value for money and their brazing rods are quality

Only fault for me is the price on some of the tools, the compact tool is my best ever purchase from them, like I said price is too high in my opinion

Best makers of hand tools Super fire 2 is the one and only for plumbers and gas engineers. No other brands compare. Best grips also wouldn’t use any others brand have 5 sets of grips

Rothenberger are great tool company for plumbing tools. I have several pliers, pipe cutters, basin wrench and pipe slices. All are good quality and do the jobs when needed.

Rothenberger make superior products, I have had my pipe cutters for 10 years now with the odd blade replacement they work as good as the day I bought them.
Also own a blow lamp from them which is by far the best one around

Pipe cutter are simply the best in my opinion.!!
Comfortable in hand as cuts the pipe perfectly with no bird etc and loads of like the in the blade cutter

Good quality tools. good prices, vast selection. Being a mechanical engineer. Always a blow torch needed to get the job done. Have been using since an apprentice and will continue to do so going forward!

Pipe benders are absolutely great as long as you maintain the tool they last last for years
Has crinkled the pipe a few times in ten years of service but have mastered them now
P.s the rubber feet do end up falling off

I Can not fault the rothenberger super fire 2 torch. It is a Top quality product for soldering copper pipes. It is superior to other brands out there.

Always used their blowlamp had loads over the years but if I looked after them I’d still be in my first one. Excellent products. And there has seems to be a lot better then other brands

I do like these tools their wrenches are excellent quality as is the rachet pipe slice a very handy tool to use in a very confined space . You know that when you purchase any item from them your buying quality

Best in the business for plumbing tools and equipment in my opinion. Yes they can be on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. Quick fire lamps worth the money

Great quality tools would never look anywhere else due to the long life and competitive prices provided. Anyone would find it hard to beat them. Great to use.

Always easy enough to deal with tools are good and durable and always good value for money. My van is full of rothernberger gear such as pipe benders and spanners and the adjustable gripe as I can’t fault them

I use a rothenberger super fire 2, absolutely brilliant, all spare parts available for it end it just works. Gets abused and used all day every day and always fires up

For plumbing you can't go wrong with Rothenberger. They make quality tools but do charge a premium. But let's face it there isn't a plumber worth their salt who hasn't got a Rothenberger in their collection.

As a plumber I use so many different Rothenberger tools. From adjustables to freeze kit to pressure tester. You just can’t go without it, great quality and a wide range of products for every job.

Had most of my rothenberg item for 16 years and they never let me down pipe slice option will always be rothenberg as well as blow torch both of which are easily repairable from changing blades in the pipe slice to replacing ignition on a blow torch

Brilliant blowtorch had them for many years the best in the range can't fault them. Good value for your money last for a long time with various amounts of abuse.

I own a couple of rothernberger adjustable wrenchs with the wide mouths, they're very good! built very well and have a narrow head, which as an electrician is very useful for swa glands!

Most of the rothernberger range is pretty reliable. Pipe slices have gone a bit poor however. Love the superfire stuff. Overall a good brand.

As a plumber I need and rely on quality tools, I don’t often need my blow lamp as i crimp Fitting’s but after travelling in my van day after day I know when I get my blow lamp out of my van it will work 100%

I have a number of Rothenberger products the latest addition being a Compact TurboTT Press machine and loving it.
Only glitch was due to poor delivery it was damaged and sent to Rothenberger for repair via merchants. The service from Rothenberger was very slow and frustrating in getting back to merchant with information.

Some great products and not and not so great products but all in all a well-known name in the plumbing and heating game
Pipe slices are the greatest

Up graded from Footprint and Monument some years ago never looked back, Superfire 2, pipebender and pipeslice are some of the best bits of kit I have invested in.

Rothenberger have always been a power house in the plumbing trade and continue to make some quality products. For example their burner is the best on the. Arlen. That being said they have put out some questionable products of late.

Nothing quite like a super fire 2!
I only have a small amount off plumbing tools however they are solid and good for the money, tool bags and quite handy also

the industry leader, without doubt for plumbing tools. expensive but it is worth every penny, most of the tools will last a lifetime if looked after

Tools are normally top quality but have found a few items I bought not last as long as I would expect but all in all I will continue to buy this brand

Expensive but reliable, use the freeze kits and the blow lamps day in day out and they dont hesitate to perform.

Yes they are expensive but when it comes to quality, they do set the standard with the exception of their pipeslice. This can tramline at a young age, but it seems to be hit and miss. You can get one that lasts forever but I've had one that I the away after 3 weeks.

Although quite pricey, by far the best grips on market. Pipe slices good, but still prefer Monument.

Although they do make so great products, I find they are overpriced and the build quality not great

They make some great products, such as there grips and also there blowtorches , but I find there screwdrivers break on the tips after not a lot of stress, this is why I is a 4 star, but in the whole great products and couldn't do without them in my tool bag!

I have got and have had a lot of items from rothemberger, the pump grips are great very sturdy and the build quality is excellent. I also have the super fire 2 blow torch and the pipe cutters and everything I have had from these have been top quality

Tools aren't what they used to be, had lots of grips snap, and reps in norush to replace!

Good tools, not too pricey, reliable and good quality

Love the super fire 2 never had a problem with it been using for 18 months now
