I bought the battery drill for domestic use
After 10 months the drill doesn’t work.
The chuck of drill doesn’t work
After loosing many days and nerves writing emails . They telling me the warranty doesn’t cover the chuck….. No more Tools from DeWalt

Bought a 54v Flexvolt rail compatible circular saw (DCS576T2) and it is hands down the best cordless saw I have ever used. The base is a little bigger than the other model that is not rail-compatible but not found it to be a problem yet. The saw is solidly built and miles ahead of even the quite new 40v Makita range in terms of power. Used all day everyday in the early stages of loft conversions, joisting out etc. Love love love it!

Dewalt is my go to brand for power tools ive never had any issues and Ive had my powertools 5 plus years and theyve never skipped a beat with the abuse they get

I have been using dewalt for years, and have tried to stick with using dewalt for all my powertools due to not wanting lots of different batteries! Overall dewalt has been great for me, as an electrician the power tools are fit for purpose and of good quality, with a very few minor exceptions!

I absolutely love my dewalt tools, especially the tough system 1.0. The van racking and garage racking make for easy storage and also good aesthetics. I use all dewalt power tools and have never had any problems

Only got dewalt nail guns laser level and air compressor cant fault any of them I love the nail gun because its so easy to maintain as its only a £25 spring that you can fit yourself the air compressor and laser are brilliant but my favourite is the tough system boxes Ive had mine for about 4 years banging about in the back of the van Ive used them to work off with scaffold boards so strong and rugged they keep the moisture in the back of the van off all my tools

We kit all our guys out with the basic dewalt combo drill, impact and sds. Always strong kit well worth the money as they do last.
The brushless range are working really well at the moment.

My go to brand is Makita, but I do have a couple of dewalt tools. The Lazer level is pretty good and better than the Makita equivalent. And also the mitre saw stand is much sturdier than the Makita equivalent. They do some good accessories also

Brilliant tools and a pleasure too use the range just keeps on growing which is only a good thing, pretty much any power tool you would ever need they make too a high quality an decent price

Always a fan of DeWalt and a long time user, I decided to upgrade my combi drill and impact driver after mine were let us say mistakenly taken off site so went for the brushless twin pack DCF787 & DCD778. I was impressed even before the batteries were attached, the weight and balance are perfect for all day use and the batteries took some stick but lasted all day with the impact driver still having 2 bars lit. The torque on the impact driver is excellent and didnt struggle even driving 13mm coach bolts.

Cheap and alright to get you started if you are new but not quite man enough for abusing on bigger jobs.

However the fatmax fixing trays and tool box tower takes some beating especially for the price.

Dewalt is a great professional level brand. They aren't perfect but known for they high quality. Tougher to break than lesser ameteur and cheaper brands. Dewalt also do an entry level product in most of their ranges now aswell to cater to a wider market.

Im only a DIYer but you cant go wrong with using the Dewalt brand 5 star all the way I dont think I would be using any other brand anytime soon

Never had issues with their tools. Their cordless drills are powerful enough and offer great adjustment for not over torquing. Can’t recommend the 18V/20V range enough.

Can never go wrong with Dewalt they’re built to last and offer good performance. Their batteries can be pricey but once you’re invested the bare units you can buy are actually quite reasonably priced.

Tough boxes , I brought these the other day and I don't know why I did not buy them before they are the best boxes I have had definitely recommend them

It's either Dewalt or Makita at this price range! For me Dewalt wins hands down, stronger tools means an easier day for me, I don't have to fight to get jobs done and when your on a roof, the last thing you want is to be let down!

Dewalt have really upped their game even their accessories are top notch! The extreme flat bit drills are honestly the best flat bits I’ve ever used. They remain sharp for ages, nothing seems to destroy them. Would highly recommend investing!

All my kit is dewalt . Its amazing stuff , very hard working , had my stuff for years it takes a beating on site and never gives up . Prices are excellent value for money . I'd not buy any other brand .

Love the DeWalt tools, especially the XR range and the brushless tools within the range. Solid build quality and performance. No issues with any of the range of tools yet which is always a good start.

When my Makita drill packed in I decided to by a twin pack from Screwfix & was very impressed.
I then ended up with Dewalt SDS drill, Multi tool, Circular saw & an angle grinder.
Very pleased so far with Dewalt.

One of the big names in the hand and power tools, products are made to last, I have used a lot of dewalt products over the years and never had any problems, would recommend.

Dewalt 18 volt cordless tools are are a great range and so adaptable with the battery system . They are small and very compact the boxes are very durable and tough

Dewalt is my brand I have numerous of tools all cordless, so easy to use and maintain, I also have the heavy duty wheel bag amazing piece of kit holds alot of tools plenty of pouches. Value on the kit is well worth it

Dewalt is a quality brand that I have never had any issue with tool wise or company wise. Solid construction, good materials, good drills and power tools. They make just about everything you will need and they arent too expensive either.

First fix nailer, love it. Put off buying it for so long as don't use it daily. As soon as I bought it I used it much more than I thought. I'd says there's a slight "wearing in" period which resulted in a couple of jams. Cleared easily usong the jam clear lever, but since then it has been flawless. Great tool. Ultimately I bought this then the 2nd fix separately. Wish I'd have just stumped up for the twinnpack from the off. That way you get 2 batteries extra and a case. Luckily I already had plenty.

Good brand. Good kit. Great features and easy to use. The Tstak is great. The multi tool is phenomenal. The bits are great. Grinder is one of the best. And the Flexvolt cut off saw is one of the best in the business.

I've found dewalt to have the best screwdriver bits on the market. The extreme range is incredible. The grip the bit has straight out of the box is great. The extreme metal hss bits with the pre pilot are a beast but go slow as you go through or the metal will be chewed up.

I’m a fan of DeWalt largely because of their tool range, specifically the Multi-Tool and the DCN701n (must haves for security installers). Their tools are always well built but more importantly well thought out with regards to the end user.

Always find Dewalt to offer good value for money, whilst there is always someone out there wanting to knock Dewalt my personal findings are very positive.

Great brand of tools and work wear. Highly recommended. I personally use DeWalt myself and have not been let down so far. All of the new brushless products pack that little bit of an extra punch so for higher end work they would be best.

Good quality tools always been my personal favourite with there performance and reliability with the new 54v stuff beating all expectations and the battery life being outstanding

Just been using the v12 brushless moto drill and impact.
Small lite and pack a punch for there size.
love the 3 modes on top of the impact too.
With a quick less than 30min recharge time too.

Sliding mitre saw. Good bit of kit, a lot of use over the last couple of years. Got to tweak every now and again to make sure the cuts are perfectly square. Also the blade guard getting a bit stiff now and doesn't always retract smoothly.

Recently purchased the 12V combi and impact set with 3.0AH batteries. The size and power is brilliant and can’t recommend enough for when 18V is either to much or space is tight.

Dewalt is a very well known brand that have an amazing product range. Their battery power tools are some of the best on the market and their storage systems are definitely in the top 3 on the market. They also have excellent workwear that is comfortable and heavy duty. The dewalt Richmond trousers are the best work trousers for the price on the market

The best thing about De-Walt 18v system is the variety of tools that are compatible with the 18v batteries, l started with a drill and over the years built up with nut drivers, impact drivers, grinders, nail guns, circular saw and torches, as long as you have a couple of batteries charged you don’t need mains electric

A good quality brand that always delivers the very best of tools and accessories make sure to have a look at many of there products you won’t be disappointed

I've been using dewalt power tools cord and battery for about 10 years or so they've improved so much over this time plus they're great value

Great products reasonably priced for what you get. The DeWalt dw733 portable thicknesser is one of the best thicknesser on the market, the quality of the wood once put through will make you think twice about having to life the sander to it before you paint it's that good a quality.

I can’t believe I didn’t buy the Dewalt cordless multitool sooner
This is an amazing versatile tool that has already got me out of so many nightmare situations. You can cut through almost anything in any position or tight space.
Would recommend any tradesman to have one.

DeWalt DWE315KT 110v multitool. Superb tool. Quick blade replacement mechanism and the variable speed trigger in the handle works very well giving good immediate speed adjustment without having to adjust a separate dial. It does have a lock on mechanism at full speed for coarser work when you aren’t concerned about burning out a blade. Well thought out and designed cut depth adjustment device attaches to either side of the tool. Upon servicing, took it apart and found excellent internal build quality, wires are properly clipped and routed inside. Fitting tolerance for the motor in the housing excellent. And importantly comes with a good length power cord.

I have a dewalt brushless drill set that I use daily. The drills and both are both well built, well balance and reliable. Drills cost about £230 which was a good price.

I have owned and used the same cordless drill for thirty years now. In all this time it has never let me down. The batteries have needed replacement every five to ten years but the main unit has stood the test of time. The model is DW914K2. I am starting to find good replacement batteries harder to find lately which is unfortunate as they are sorely needed.

DeWalt DCF887 XR impact driver, love this tool, you know it will bury the fastener, very comfortable in the hand, it does run a bit warm, but hey, keeps your hands warm in winter, the chuck has run out, this helps with its process, the 3 speeds available are, this coupled with variable speed trigger, makes all tasks easy, have total confidence every time used, No negatives.

Tried other makes and replaced with Dewalt and have had no breakdowns at all have now purchased complete range of 18volt items and very pleased with the whole set

Use dewalt corded tools at work. Chopsaws and plunge saws are very easy to use. Good quality cuts everytime. Also seem to be lighter and easier to carry than others on the market

Excellent and great quality tools but a tad expensive great battery life and indicators. Using the combination of drill and multi tool does the job with ease

I have found dewalt tools in general have the best staying power battery wise also more sturdy as opposed to other leading brand's of similar design and rating

Great selection of tools bit pricey but you get what you pay for. I find these tools a robust and take a full days work with ease, the batteries are good on charge

A good selection of quality tools all designed to the job successfully. Contacting customer services can be difficult at times, have made several attempts but you do get through eventually and are very helpful. Dewalt have a lot of local repair outlets to take your broken tool to either be repaired or serviced. A lot of blown up diagrams for each tool to identify those parts required to repair the item. All round good quality tools at the right price.

You get what you pay for. Good quality, robust and sturdy equipment. Never let me down. Very rarely break-down. Always trying to bring out new ideas, so to make it easier for the tradesmen.

DeWalt have a large range of quality tools. I have mostly had Makita tools until recently but after using a few different DeWalt tools of late (impact driver, sds, jigsaw, nail gun) I may be turning more towards DeWalt for certain tools. Can’t fault build quality, battery life and power of any of them.

Only use dewalt nail guns and recently bought the cut off saw due to it being a lot cheaper than the Milwaukee but it did shock me, completely out performs the petrol stihl saws whilst being lighter and quieter and smaller, lovely bit of kit

All product do what there supposed to and at a reasonable price and the extended warranty gives you piece of mind
I have used other brands in the past but just stick with dewalt now as are reliable

Bought a dewalt impact driver from screwfix on offer at xmas for a decent price. Absoulute bargain. No battery but able To use my other batterys. Really reliable and well made for avid diyer

50 years as a tradesman and I’m only on my second Dewalt chop-saw. The current one will no doubt out live me and will give many good years to a young tradesman when I donate it to them. I never abuse these machines and look after them correctly. My first spent most of its life cutting aluminium sections for office partitioning using a NEGATIVE rake blade. Light enough to carry up many flights of stairs but sturdy enough to take all that’s asked if it. A great machine that comes with history.

Got a few Dewalt tools. Never had any issues with them. Good quality and accurate cutting. Only dealt with Dewalt stores and found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful.

Dewalt is a great brand to purchase. Long life tools and great power from the cordless tools and the battery last along time. The tools are also very comfortable to use.

My DeWalt battery drill is a 14V unit, but still has ample power and just keeps going. It came with a second battery, and even a little bit of room to store some s mm all masonry bits

I recently bought the DWE745-GB. After lots of research this has the best fence on the market for a job site saw. It’s very accurate and easy to make fine adjustments. It’s well thought out with all the accessories tucked away in the saw somewhere. Highly recommend this saw!

Dewalt has always been my first choice for many years but the competition has up there game,
As I already got a the 18v hammer drill and a few other things including the impact driver I got a few years ago but I was in Screwfix the other week and they had a bare impact driver £50 so I picked one up as my one has had a hard life .. but I don’t know if it’s just me but the new one dose not feel as heavy duty more b&d diy ..
but still a nice little driver for the money ...

I changed from Festool to Dewalt as they were a more robust product to use. When I had an issue with a minor fault with a SDS drill I contacted a dealer through the warranty scheme and I was up and running in three days. Their 5a battery life covers all my requirements for my job as a kitchen and bathroom installer

I have several tools in the 18v xr range from DeWalt. The quality and performance has impressed me over the time I've been using them. The range is extensive (although maybe a little behind makita or milwaukee in their equivilent ranges). The only issue ive really found has been with my jigsaw and the base angle locking lever working itself loose during cuts. Other than that though i can't really fault them.

Dewalt are obviously a very big, successful and well established brand and rightly so as they have many great products.
Recently i got the folding demolition chisel and its a great job. I try to keep it sharp as its my go to all rounder.

I have got a cordless desalt 18v combo dill good value for money came with two batteries and a usb charger good value for money does the job well also have a corded sfs dill for anything that needs a bit mo power

Dewalt is a good brand for tools both 240 v and cordless,I personally prefer to use my dewalt tools over my majors brand tools , also dewalt tools and accessories appear to be more robust for the work I undertake

My dewalt cordless drill works brilliantly, battery life is good and easy to use, the various drill settings really help in using it in different situations. The drill is light weight and versatile, being able to hold it at high level without straining arms and shoulders.

Been using dewalt now for 5 years and i can safely say they have done the job. The batteries last a while and i havnt had any faults with them. And the drills themselves have been brilliant. Only thing id say is that the bit bar sometimea comes loose and falls out

Dewalt 5amp batteries have excellent power, fit well and power level indicator to. Chargers now fit all the new batteries although a 5amp batteries

Good all round tools easy to use charge quick and good strong quality will carry on buying dewalt tools ive got old type which still work well

They are a very competitive brand who I will use over and over again.
The one battery system at 18v is stunning and the battery life is very good when being used under constant pressure, it never lowers it out out to a slow stop it is maximum 100% of the time then off

Excellent range of tools, good quality but shop around to get the best deals. It’s a pity that their range and accessories available in the USA is not available in the UK.

Im a dewalt fan, mpst od my cordless tools have lasted a long time. The only tool that hasnt been value for money was the core drill which didnt last long at all.

I love the product, I started using it over a year ago and I am Impressed with the quality and toughness of the tools.

I’ve been using dewalt for about 20yrs compared to most brands in its price range I think dewalt is the best. Ive never really had any issue with my tools and if so I’ve had them fixed under warranty the flexvolt range is really good as battery’s last for ever and the tools are built well.

Used dewalt for several years now never had any issues with any product. They have a vast range to suit all jobs reasonably priced and have the power to do any task I need with ease

Slightly lacking in power compared to my old 24v chopsaw which I also had the 24v to 110v converter.
Great bit of kit yet to be beaten in my eyes. Yet to try the flex volt chopsaw.
Nice and light, ideal for studwork, skirting etc ideal for any light work.
I've used dewalt and makita chopsaws and my preference out of the 2 would be dewalt.

Always what you expect, sound product, sound value. Would always recommend using their stuff, built well and last. The flexvolt are just machines and breeze through any job

Bought my first dewalt cordless 10 years ago and still going strong. The cordless drill is a must need for everyone and this tool has done it justice for 10 years, well worth the money

I bought the dewalt core drill after using a friends and find it comfortable to use with plenty of power. I think the best bit was the price if you look around can be bought quite cheap and with 3 years gaurantee cannot go wrong
