Been with this company over 15 yrs and never had any issues. Never made claim as yet. But we find it easy to amend online or add employees where required. Most of the time there's not much difference in cost year to year. Happy with service provider to date.

I have been insured with this company for 7 + years now for my contents insurance and my liability insurance
I haven given them all 5 stars but I’ve never had to make a claim yet so I don’t know how the customer service is but hopefully I won’t have to go down that road

Started with simply business in 2014, great customer service and plenty of benefits for the trades. Easy set up of insurance even though it was tailor made for my business

Have been with them for a few years now, but I will be removing myself to another insurance company that will save me £200 with more cover and more specific to Gas Individuals

I’ve had my cover with simply business for years now and have always been delighted and thankfully I haven’t had to claim ever ! I started with simple public liability and have moved on to additional items like tool cover great value !

I have been with them for a few years without making s claim. I took out the policy with tool insurance. A month ago, for the first time, two scumbags broke into my van and stole £1,800 worth of tool (Replacement cost)! I had to make a claim and it was sorted in a week. Excellent service

I used theese guys for my public liability insurance and when the year came to an end I realised i was getting ripped off with the price and was paying nearly double to what other places are charging

These are fantastic company to use I have been using these to sort my insurance out for years always good priced and always on hand to help with any questions or problems

Public liability through these guys was so easy. Luckily haven’t had to use it but was seamless to set up and staff were down to earth, friendly people. Can’t fault them so far.

A little difficult to review as never had to claim or an issue but easy to contact and get quotes, docs etc. would always get a quote from them.

I’ve used simply business for over three years for my liability insurance. And in those three years it has gone up every year without a claim having been made. But that’s pretty much what you would expect from any type of insurance company. So Sadly I’ve moved to another company.

Absolutely brilliant customer skills to get the deal promises shopping vouchers to you and the recommended person how ever these never show up, feels like a hard sale

Just renewed for second year with simply plus one of these better quotes I had, I’m covered up to 5million on domestic work easy to renew edit. Pull my pants down on the renewal like most insurance companies do easy to get documents they send you a link and full break down easy to read

I've always found the consultants very helpful when enquiring about changes to policy, and I've always found their year on year policy prices to be reasonable. I've used Simply Business for well over 5 years never once claimed, this year the renewal price rocketed for no reason I've seen a steady increase year on year but this time I took action and found an alternative insurer who offered much better insurance at a fraction of the cost.

Had my Public Liability insurance with them now for a couple years.....well i say with them, they act as a broker, i think im actually with axa. However, they deal with it all, and do it very well. Ive done 3 stars for value for money, only because, we could all do with paying cheaper insurance, and also ive yet to have a renewal price since claiming for having my tools stolen. However, handle the claim exceptionally well, would highly recommend.

Never had any issues always been helpful. Can’t actually remember if I have my pl through them anymore or not. Something I should really know haha

Have been with Simple Business for a number of years now, PL insurance, needed to claim once but it was no hassle whatsoever. Reasonably priced and great website where everything, new and old policies etc, is available.
